Overview

The User of The Sites agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree then you must not use The Sites for any purpose.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws governed by English law including but not limited to The Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013 and Amendments, Data Protection Act 2018, Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002 and the EU Exit Amendment of 2019.

The Company owns and operates The Sites and makes The Sites and Offerings available subject to the following conditions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions may occur and will be obvious by the date at the top of the page. Every time you use The Sites you are advised to check on these Terms and Conditions for any changes as your continued or new use of The Sites is acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse The User access to The Sites and The Offerings for any reason at any time by any means. If access is refused The User is prohibited from attempting to use The Sites by alternative means, be it hardware, software, alternative name or alternative third party.

Information on The Sites is for guidance only and should not be relied upon without seeking further up to date information for the areas involved.

Contents of The Sites including but not limited to images, designs, photographs, layout, text and any other media are copyright of The Company or licenced to The Company for use on The Sites.

The User accepts that in any case of a claim against The Company for any advice or product bought using The Sites shall be limited to the amount paid if any by The User to The Company.

Images on The Sites are sample representation of the products advertised and there may be variations.

The User will keep The Company indemnified against any third party claims for your use of The Sites, use of any of The Offerings purchased, or any other matter related to your involvement with The Company.

The Sites must not be used for commercial endeavours by The User with the exception of comparing The Offerings prior to potential purchase or purchases either from The Company or other similar companies.

The Sites must not be used for any illegal purpose in the U.K. and the laws of the country of The User if outside the U.K.

The User is responsible for virus protection scanning to keep platforms safe in the event any of The Sites have malicious code embedded within them. The User agrees the Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to using The Sites and accessing The Offerings.

The Sites are available on an “as is” basis and The User acknowledges that there can be interruption to services be it either planned or due to a fault that makes The Sites or The Offerings unavailable.

The User is responsible for all personal internet related access costs in using The Sites.

All prices stated in The Offerings are in GBP subject to change and include UK VAT currently 20%.

Once an order is placed and payment is received an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by The User in the order. The Company reserves the right to not accept any order or cancel an order without stating the reasons.

The Returns Policy is stated in a separate page and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Privacy Policy is stated in a separate page and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

This and the identically dated Returns Policy, Data Use Policy, Delivery, and any Order Confirmation are the entire agreement between  The User and The Company. No party shall rely on any other agreement. This however does not affect any statutory rights and is not meant to mislead in any way any lack of statutory rights.

The provisions of this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
