At Chomp & Chew we like to reward our loyal customers and we offer many ways to collect reward points. Plus as a valued member, you will be the first to know about new products and services and offered the chance to take part in surveys for some nice surprises in return.

Make a purchase 5 points for every £10 spent
Write a review 10 points

Every 10 points = £1 (or 100 points=£10)

Every 10 points = £1
You can save up your points and spend them as and when you want to, reducing your purchasing costs. For example, if you have 54 points, you can get your next purchase for £5 cheaper!
You will have the opportunity to apply your points in the basket and checkout page.
Important to note
When redeeming points, our minimum purchase policy of £10 will apply on all rewards.
Submission of reviews and photos is limited to one per month. Photos and videos submitted are ideally of your dog enjoying one of our products but if you have some great shots that you just want to show off, we are happy to see them too.
Points are rewarded when orders are updated as paid, and revoked when orders are updated as refunded.
Points are not rewarded for shipping.
Only one coupon/reward/discount code can be used per order.
Points are added to the account at the end of the month, unless automatically applied after payment.
Please note that you cannot redeem your points on a subscription. You will need to place a separate order to redeem them.
