Subscribe & Save 10%

With our Subscribe & Save service, you’ll never have to worry about your pup missing out on their favourite treats and chews. Plus, you'll save 10% on every subscription order and receive automatic deliveries. This applies to all products within our Chews & Treats range, so no matter which natural goodies your pooch prefers, you can subscribe to them. Once your subscription is set up, just sit back, relax, and await your dog’s next tail-wagging delivery while we take care of the rest.

How it works: Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the same date each month, and your subscription order will be delivered after each successful renewal. For example, if you start a monthly subscription on our Puppy Chomper Box®, the system will automatically charge your chosen payment method each month and your dog’s box will arrive at your doorstep - no more manual ordering required!

If at any time you want to cancel/change your subscription or skip a month, you can do so by logging into your account and updating your preferences. 

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.

You can use the magic link in your initial subscription confirmation email to access the customer portal. You can also access your subscriptions via your Chomp & Chew account.


How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule a charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. This will result in a skipped delivery of your subscription product(s). (I assume this is the case so I added it for clarity but remove it if it’s not true). You can reschedule a charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course, you can always add products to your subscription via the customer portal. Just click the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove, or add products to your subscription as desired.

What happens if my payment can't be processed?

If your subscription can't be renewed because your payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

When redeeming points, our minimum purchase policy of £10 will apply on all rewards.

Submission of reviews and photos are each limited to once per month. Photos submitted are ideally of your dog enjoying one of our products but if you have some great shots that you just want to show off, we are happy to see them too.

Annual and bi-annual vouchers will be provided via email on the last day of January and the last day of June where applicable.

Only one entry reward per customer per tier is permitted. Re-entering a tier does not entitle you to a second entry reward.

Demotion to the previous tier will occur if no orders are placed in a six month period. You will be notified via email 7 days prior to demotion.

Points are rewarded when orders are updated as paid, and revoked when orders are updated as refunded.

Points are not rewarded for shipping.

Only one coupon/reward/discount code can be used per order.

Points are added to the account at the end of the month, unless automatically applied after payment.

You cannot redeem your points on a subscription. You will need to place a separate order to redeem them.
