All our products are sourced within the UK or EU, from suppliers we trust and who can offer the best quality products.

All our products are 100% natural without any chemical, additives, flavourings or preservatives.

Our Promise

• We don't sell anything that we wouldn't be happy to give our dogs.
• All our products are free of unnecessary chemicals, additives, flavourings.
• All the primal range treats are air-dried at a low temperature, preserving the nutrients and giving a long shelf-life.
• All our primal range, natural chews and treats are sourced from the UK or the EU
• All the primal range products are the by-product of the meat industry and no animal was killed for the sake of the pet industry.
• All products are free of rawhide, which is a by-product of the leather industry (!) and full of chemicals, dyes and other harmful preservatives.
• Our packaging material is FSC approved and responsibly sourced. We try to minimise the use of plastic and if used, it is from recyclable sources and used in a way that the customer can reuse it.
• We continuously support rescue centres and animal charities.
• We work hard to get parcels shipped either on the day or the next day of the order. We are always happy to customise treat boxes to give your dog what he/she likes as we know that all dogs are UNIQUE!
